Event 006 — Impartial Adjudication of the Frozen Grammar Shadow

These receipts define and support the impartial re-test of the frozen Fractalish grammar shadow (H1–H7, R1–R3) after the prior SYSTEM_AUDITOR receipt was found to retract claims that Events 001–005 never made.
