This paired release includes the Synaptient / Cognitive Basin Technical White Paper v0.1 and its Companion Foundation Appendix. The white paper formalizes the Cognitive Basin and Activation Runtime architecture. The appendix explains the prior frameworks needed to evaluate the architecture without flattening the work into slogans.
