Formal framework

The grammar is upstream of the form.

This route preserves the earlier formal Fractalish research cycle. The current public front door is Consequential Formation: change -> retained consequence -> altered constraint -> altered reachability.

    Observe: accumulated form

    Begin with present organization as retained consequence, not as self-explaining shape.

    Represent: choose an instrument

    Geometry, morphology, topology, spectra, graphs, manifolds, state spaces, dynamics, and traces may all reveal structure while losing other structure.

    Account: preserved relation and residue

    Specify what the representation preserved, what became invisible, and what remains unobserved. Unobserved does not mean zero.

    Predict: changed future reachability

    A formative relation matters when it changes what can happen next. The prediction must remain bounded to the declared substrate, representation, and evidence.

    Description reads the receipt. Intervention tests the grammar. If the form repairs, ask what maintained the machinery that maintained the form.

    Govern: status, lineage, and HOLD

    Public release separates VERIFIED / FROZEN, BUILT AND LOCALLY VALIDATED, SPECIFICATION, PROPOSED INTEGRATION, EXTERNAL REPORTED RESULT, negative results, and historical artifacts.

Representation boundary

A final form is lossy and often non-unique.

MCVA tests whether a chosen representation is sufficient for a target under a protocol; it is not a proof of identity or unique history. AMCVA asks what is absent, erased, or unrecoverable. HOLD is an unresolved action posture—not a substitute name for SENSE. Review posture remains explicit: SUPPORTED / UNRESOLVED / CONTRADICTED for public claims, EXTEND / HOLD / RETRACT for live Cognitive Basin handling, EXTEND / SENSE / RESTRICT for Natural Math, and GO / STOP / HOLD only as a first-verb hypothesis.

A full record passes through a representation, producing a recovered view and an explicit residue of what was lost.

The synthesis connecting accumulated form, representation residue, future reachability, persistent state, and intervention remains a research program.

No universal grammar, no proof that everything is fractal, no unique-history proof, no causal inference from morphology alone, and no machine-consciousness proof.
