## Method

The audit searched by function, not title. An item qualified when its operation can alter sensing, retained formation, reasoning, admissibility, reachability, state transfer, developmental testing, recovery, verification, energy available to computation, or governed action. Duplicate worktrees, backups, generated copies, and imported snapshots were collapsed into one lineage entry and were not counted as independent evidence.

Source precedence was: frozen executable or receipt; explicit canon; CF v0.4 RC1; project authority; current synthesis; older round; public copy; prompt; filename inference. Local research sources were not modified.
